Organize It has a great post about the productivity cycle.

When I wandered onto the Organize It site I was instantly intrigued by the tagline: “advice on organized and productive living through lifehacks and GTD.” After browsing through other posts like Clutter 101 and My weekly planner, I quickly added it to my feed reader. It’s a keeper.
