Discovery of the day

I discovered Exceptional Dental Practice via The Happiness Project. You might be thinking about now, “why would I be interested in a blog about dental practice?” And so I’ll tell you: great writing on topics that range from customer service to teamwork and communication. She jokes about how boring the name is, and that she should have called it something more like Oral Fixation! The Happiness Project has a wide variety of well-written information too.

I am fascinated by the process of learning to read English and the idea of gamification to make learning fun. Phonics and literacy have become my passion project. I also write about personal development, goal setting, and time management. I enjoy finding great information, combining it in new ways, and packaging it creatively.

  1. Thanks for mentioning my blog. I’m always so amazed when someone outside of dentistry finds it, and glad that they find it interesting. See, you thought we just stuck needles in people’s mouths and drilled teeth all day! Dental offices can be lots of fun, even for the patients.
    All the best, Linda
